The Rx's posted here may have a legitimate medical usage, but may still sound or humorous, or have an erroneous mistake. In all cases they caused more than a small case of laughter within the pharmacy.

Every so often you see a script that's just silly.
I once had a case with antifungal vaginal suppositories. Directions for use? 1 by mouth daily #30. Written by an NP for a male patient.
It got through to the point where the pharmacy was running a claim for it, and I had to explain to the NP why the insurance wouldn't cover vaginal suppositories for a male member. To take by mouth.
